Every Syurelife product is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty.

What’s Covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use for 12 months from the original date of purchase.

What’s Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Water damage unless the product is rated waterproof
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Loss or damage caused by third-party accessories

How to Make a Claim

1. Email support@syure.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue.
2. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days.
3. If approved, we’ll ship a replacement or issue a refund per your preference.

Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syurelife shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow such limitations, so the above may not apply to you.
