If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition, with all accessories and original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Contact us at Contact Us with your order number.
2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or damaged items, and products without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. Final-sale and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
