My lights won’t turn on.
Check that the power adapter is fully seated, the outlet works, and the remote’s battery isn’t drained. If the strip has a controller, confirm the connection is snug.
Can I cut my LED strip?
Yes — cut only along the marked cut lines. Cutting anywhere else will damage that segment.
Are the lights dimmable?
Most Syurelife lights support dimming via the included remote or controller. See your manual for specifics.
